The questions we get most
Which tier is right for me?
If you mainly need to be found and understood — five pages or fewer, a few photos, no logins — Essential covers it. If you need forms, a dashboard, a tool, lots of media, or the ability to log in and change things yourself, that's Complete.
Can I upgrade from Essential to Complete later?
Yes. You pay the difference between the two build prices plus a small amount for the new scope, and your retainer moves to the Complete rate. Nothing gets rebuilt from scratch.
How does the rush add-on work?
The rush fee moves your first draft to within 4 business days instead of three weeks. Revisions and launch follow the normal pace, and it's available on either tier.
What happens if I want to cancel the monthly retainer?
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The site is yours — we hand off the code and hosting credentials so you or another developer can take over cleanly.
Do I own the code and the domain?
Yes, both. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and the finished code is handed over to you.
What if I need a bigger change mid-year?
Larger work — a new section, a rebuilt page, a new feature — is quoted as a small fixed-price add-on before we start. No hourly surprises.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. All communication is async-friendly and we work across all time zones.
