Privacy notice
This notice covers rsrchsolutions.org: what we collect when you contact us or browse the site, and why.
What you send us
When you use a contact, quote or website inquiry form, we collect what you type: your name, organization, email, phone (if given), current website, project details and timeline. We also record which page you started on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source).
Inquiries from Facebook and Instagram forms
If you send an inquiry through one of our Facebook or Instagram instant forms, Meta collects your answers and makes them available to us. We receive the contact details and project answers you entered there, use them only to respond about your project, and may download them from Meta and import them by hand into our private lead list. Meta's own data policy also applies to information you submit on its platforms.
Spam protection
When our website quote form (rsrchsolutions.org/websites) is submitted, we store a one-way hash of your network (IP) address, not the address itself, to limit repeated or automated submissions.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to reply to you about your project and to keep a record of the conversation. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails. We don't sell your information.
Services we use
- Lovable Cloud — hosts this site, stores form submissions and sends our notification emails.
- Stripe — processes card payments on our payment page. Card details go directly to Stripe.
- Google Analytics — measures page visits.
- Meta Pixel — measures visits and when a form is successfully submitted, so we can understand how our ads perform. We don't send your name, email, phone or message to Meta.
- Our own cookie-less site analytics — counts page views and clicks.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser, use a tracker-blocking extension, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the inquiry information we hold about you.
